We report a case of a 31-year-old male patient with chronic pancreatitis and hematemesis secondary to gastroduodenal artery pseudoaneurysm. No evidence-based guidelines exist regarding the optimal treatement modality of this affection. The authors, in reference to a case emphasize the value of the celiac arteriography to diagnostic confirmation and transcatheter embolisation.
