Abstract

A case is presented of extensive pneumomastia seen on a screening mammogram of an asymptomatic patient who had helium plasma treatment 2 weeks earlier for flabby upper arms.

Contribution: Rare complications of subcutaneous emphysema, following helium plasma treatment, have been discussed to highlight that such emphysema is usually self-limiting.
